Digiwise has developed a solution to integrate the calendar in Microsoft Outlook with activity slips in MYOB. Activity slips can be automatically created from the appointments in your calendar. You can create a new calendar where all appointments are transferred to MYOB or you can tag specific appointments to be converted using Outlook's categories. You can create different activities including chargeable and non-chargeable appointments. The client can be specified as part of the appointment's subject and the start time, stop time and notes are automatically captured.
Entering your time billing or attendance information in Outlook instead of MYOB provides users with a familiar and efficient interface. Users can easily see "gaps" in their timesheets and can view colour coded activities in the daily, weekly or monthly calendar views.
